You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate in our programs. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Purchase Terms

4.1 Payment

  • All purchases are processed securely through our payment processors
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase

4.2 Course Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the purchased program
  • Access is provided through our online learning platform
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 6-week money-back guarantee for our programs:

  • If after completing 6 weeks of our program you do not see improvement in strength, we will provide a full refund
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of purchase
  • To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate completion of the 6-week program
  • We will also provide a free web consultation as part of our commitment to your success
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Exercise involves inherent risks of injury
  • You are voluntarily participating with full knowledge of these risks
  • You are physically capable of performing the exercises
  • You will exercise within your own limits
  • You will stop immediately if you experience pain or discomfort
