Description

Six weeks of golf performance training built for your body

The body at 50+ isn’t broken. It’s different. It responds to training differently, recovers on a different timeline, and has accumulated patterns — both movement compensations and genuine wear — that standard fitness programs don’t account for.

Champions Kinetix6 was built to work with that body, not against it.

The three phases

Weeks 1–2 — Foundation
Establishing baseline strength, mobility, and movement quality. Identifying and beginning to correct compensation patterns. Building the foundation that the rest of the program loads.

Weeks 3–4 — Build
Progressive loading across all five session types. Increasing demand on the movement patterns from Foundation at a pace the 50+ body can handle and adapt to.

Weeks 5–6 — Power Transfer
Peak training stimulus combined with golf-specific swing integration. This is where physical improvements become on-course results — more distance, better consistency, less pain.

The weekly rhythm

Monday — Build | Compound strength adapted for 50+ mechanics.
Tuesday — Move | Hip and thoracic mobility. Maintaining and improving swing arc.
Wednesday — Control | Stability, balance, and proprioception.
Thursday — Move | Mobility reinforcement and recovery preparation.
Friday — Power | Rotational speed and golf-specific power transfer.

What makes Champions different

Every session is standing-first with balance support available. Progressions are built around 10-day adaptation windows rather than weekly jumps. Intensity is calibrated for genuine training stimulus without creating recovery deficits that interrupt consistency.

This isn’t a slower version of the standard program. It’s a better version — designed for where you are.

The credentials

Coach Matt Centofonti — TPI Medical Level 2, TPI Fitness Level 2. Clinical expertise in how physical limitations drive swing faults.

Coach Justin Shelby — M.S. Exercise Science, CSCS, LMT. Built the strength and conditioning framework underlying every Champions program.

How it’s delivered

Six weeks of programming in Trainerize before day one. Videos, coaching notes, and modification options in every session. Direct message access to both coaches throughout.
