The training structure

Same week. Every week.
Getting harder.

The weekly rhythm mirrors how golf actually works. Train heavy early in the week, build to speed by Friday, hit the first tee Saturday with a body that’s been primed.

Monday
Heavy

Heavy bilateral lifts. Squat and hinge patterns. Posterior chain. The strength foundation.

Tuesday
Move

Hip and thoracic mobility. Core and balance. Neural maintenance. The sessions most people skip.

Wednesday
Control

Single-leg work. Loaded rotation. Anti-rotation core. Where strength becomes golf.

Thursday
Move

Active recovery. Mobility reinforcement. The bridge between Control day and Speed day.

Friday
Speed

Speed sticks. Med ball throws. Explosive work. Primers the nervous system for Saturday golf.

Six weeks of progression

How it builds
across 6 weeks.

Weeks 1–2
Foundation

Introduce the patterns. Goblet squat, DB RDL, landmine rotations, KB swings. Establish baseline load across all five days.

Weeks 3–4
Build

More demanding variations. Trap bar RDL, RFESS, split stance chops, box jumps. Load increases across every session.

Weeks 5–6
Peak + Transfer

Maximum load. Speed stick and cable rotation in the golf swing plane. Day 5 is full power expression. Every session ends with swing work.

This was built for you if —
You play 2–3 rounds a week and know your body is the limiting factor
You’ve had lessons, you know what you’re supposed to do, and your body won’t cooperate
Your back is tight after every round and you’ve accepted it as part of golf
You want to add distance and understand that distance comes from force production
You can commit 30–45 minutes a day, five days a week, for six weeks
This is NOT for you if —
You already have a structured golf performance program you’re following
You’re looking for a quick fix or a one-week program that promises miracles
You’re not willing to do the mobility and stability work before the power work
You want a program that’s over 60 years old — that’s the Champions program
What you get

Everything you need.
Nothing you don’t.

Common questions about Kinetix6

Kinetix6 requires dumbbells or kettlebells in 2–3 weight ranges, a resistance band, and access to a cable machine or lat pulldown for some Heavy day exercises. A trap bar is used in weeks 3–6 but has dumbbell substitutions available. No full gym membership is required for most of the program, but access to basic free weights is needed.
Sessions run 30–45 minutes depending on the day type. Heavy days (Monday) run closer to 45 minutes. Move days run 25–30 minutes. Control and Speed days run 35–40 minutes. Warm-up is included in the session time.
Life happens. The app allows you to shift sessions if needed. We recommend not skipping Move days even when pressed for time — they’re the sessions that make everything else work and they’re the shortest in the program.
If you’re over 60, we recommend the Champions Kinetix6 instead. It covers the same framework with a standing-first philosophy, balance support, and 10-day progressions designed for the 60+ recovery timeline. See the Champions program →
Most Kinetix6 alumni either repeat the program at increased loads, transition to the Monthly Membership for ongoing progressive training, or take what they’ve built and apply it to a structured golf season. Your coach access window closes after 6 weeks but your program access stays in the app.
