TL;DR — What Kinetix2 is
- The full 5-day Kinetix weekly rhythm across 2 weeks — Heavy, Move, Control, Move, Speed
- Every session has exercise videos with coaching cues — no guessing on form
- Addresses the same swing-fault physical causes as Kinetix6, at a 2-week entry point
- Delivered through the Trainerize app — your program loads the day after you enroll
- A natural step into Kinetix6 if you want to keep building after week 2
What you’re actually training
The five-day weekly rhythm of Kinetix2 mirrors how golf is actually played. You train heavy early in the week when your system is fresh, use move days to build and recover mobility, develop rotational control mid-week, and hit speed work at the end of the week so Saturday golf benefits from a system that’s been primed.
The physical targets are the same as in every Kinetix program: hip mobility, thoracic rotation, core stability, glute strength, and rate of force development. Two weeks builds the foundation — enough to feel the difference in how your hips move and how your back feels at the end of 18.
Mon
