TL;DR — What Kinetix2 is
  • The full 5-day Kinetix weekly rhythm across 2 weeks — Heavy, Move, Control, Move, Speed
  • Every session has exercise videos with coaching cues — no guessing on form
  • Addresses the same swing-fault physical causes as Kinetix6, at a 2-week entry point
  • Delivered through the Trainerize app — your program loads the day after you enroll
  • A natural step into Kinetix6 if you want to keep building after week 2

What you’re actually training

The five-day weekly rhythm of Kinetix2 mirrors how golf is actually played. You train heavy early in the week when your system is fresh, use move days to build and recover mobility, develop rotational control mid-week, and hit speed work at the end of the week so Saturday golf benefits from a system that’s been primed.

The physical targets are the same as in every Kinetix program: hip mobility, thoracic rotation, core stability, glute strength, and rate of force development. Two weeks builds the foundation — enough to feel the difference in how your hips move and how your back feels at the end of 18.

Mon
Heavy
Bilateral strength. Squat, hinge, push, pull.
Tue
Move
Hip + T-spine mobility. Core. Balance.
Wed
Control
Single-leg. Loaded rotation. Anti-rotation core.
Thu
Move
Active recovery. Mobility reinforcement.
Fri
Speed
Explosive work. Speed sticks. Saturday primer.
Want to go deeper? Kinetix6 takes this 2-week foundation and builds three phases of progressive loading — culminating in direct swing integration work.Same rhythm. Six weeks. Full progression.

Common questions

Dumbbells or kettlebells in 2–3 weight ranges, and a resistance band. All sessions are designed to be done at home or in a basic gym. No barbell required for the 2-week program.
Yes — Kinetix2 is the most common entry point for golfers new to structured golf performance training. The 5-day rhythm, the exercise library, and the coach access give you everything you need to understand the system before committing to a longer program.
Most Kinetix2 golfers either upgrade to Kinetix6 to continue the progression, or join the Monthly Membership for ongoing structured training. Your program access stays in the app after the 2 weeks — coach access closes at the end of Week 2.
We recommend the Champions Kinetix2 for golfers over 60. Same 2-week structure, standing-first exercises, balance support available. See Champions 2-Week →
