the real problem
Your Swing Knows What to Do.
Your Body Doesn’t.
You’ve had the lessons. You’ve watched the YouTube videos. You know what a good swing looks like. The breakdown isn’t knowledge — it’s your body refusing to cooperate.
01
You can’t rotate through the ball
Not because your technique is wrong. Because your hips and thoracic spine don’t have the range to get there.
02
You’re losing distance each year
Power lives in hip-shoulder separation. If your body can’t create that gap, the club head speed isn’t coming back from a range session.
03
Your back hurts after 18 holes
Your lumbar spine is doing the work your hips and T-spine should be sharing. That’s not a swing problem — it’s a load management problem.
04
Generic fitness isn’t transferring
Gym work that isn’t built around the golf swing doesn’t move the needle. You need patterns that mirror the actual demands of the game.
“A kettlebell isn’t a gym toy. It’s a rotational power tool — and there isn’t a more golf-specific implement you can hold in your hand.”
— Matt Centofonti · Kinetix Golf Performance
The program
five days. One Rhythm.
Every session has a job. The lifting days build force. The mobility days build the range of motion your swing actually needs. Five days that work as a system — not five random workouts.
Day 1
heavy
Strength foundation. KB-loaded patterns that build the base everything else runs on.
Day 2
MOVE
Hip and thoracic mobility. The session most people skip — and the one that makes everything else work.
Day 3
power
Where strength becomes golf. Rotational KB patterns and anti-rotation work.
Day 4
move
Full-body active recovery and swing-specific range of motion. Non-negotiable.
DAY 5
SPEED
Explosive KB swings, rotational finishers, and golf club work. End the week golf-ready.
WHO THIS IS FOR
BUILT FOR YOU IF –

You play regularly and know your body is the limiting factor — not your understanding of the game.

You’ve tried gym programs before and they never transferred to the course. You need something built specifically for golf.

You want to add distance and stop losing yardage to a body that won’t create and transfer force.

You can commit to 35–45 minutes a day for five days. That’s it. One week. Real results.

You want a preview of what structured golf performance training actually feels like before committing to a longer program.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOUR IF –
- You’re already inside a structured golf performance program.
- You want a single-tool fix with no mobility work. The movement days are non-negotiable.
- You’re looking for a program to follow passively. This requires showing up five days in a row.

What golfers are saying
Real Results.
“After just 5 days I could feel my hips moving differently in my setup. My back didn’t ache after the round on Saturday. I didn’t expect results that fast.”
MARK · AUSTIN, TX · 2.5 Handicap
“I’ve done generic fitness programs for years. This is the first week of training that felt like it was actually built for golf. The KB swings on day 5 were a game changer.”
TRAVIS · Dallas, TX · 12 Handicap
Who Built This
Built By Two Coaches Who Live This.
Kinetix6 was built by a TPI Medical and Fitness provider and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach — two different lenses on the same problem. Between them, they bring clinical movement expertise, elite-level S&C experience, and a shared belief that the golfer’s body is the most underinvested asset in the game.

I built the KB Challenge because kettlebells are the most underused golf-specific training tool available to recreational golfers. The hinge, the swing, the rotational load — the KB mirrors the demands of the golf swing better than almost any other implement in the gym.
Five days. One piece of equipment. You’ll know exactly where your body is — and exactly what to work on next.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment do I need?
Kettlebells in 2–3 weights, your bodyweight, and a golf club for the mobility days. No machines, no bench, no barbell. This runs in a garage, hotel room, or basic gym.
How long are the daily sessions?
Mobility days (Day 2 and Day 4) run around 35 minutes. Lifting days (Days 1, 3, and 5) run 40–45 minutes. Nothing exceeds 45 minutes.
I’m new to kettlebells. Is this okay for me?
Yes. Every exercise has a video demonstration with coaching cues. The program is built around fundamental KB patterns — nothing complex, nothing that requires prior KB experience. The movements are deliberately chosen to be learnable in a single session.
Can I still play golf during the 5 days?
Yes — and you should. The program is designed to run alongside your regular golf schedule. You’ll likely start feeling differences in your swing by Day 3 or 4.
What happens after the 5 days?
You’ll have a clear picture of where your body is and what it needs. From there, you can wait for another challenge to start, or sign up for our monthly programming that provides daily workouts.
When does the challenge start?
The challenge officially kicks off May 4th. You’ll receive your Trainerize access and onboarding details after purchase. The program is available to you as soon as your account is set up.
