The real problem
Most Senior Golf Fitness Programs Miss the Point.
Most golf fitness content for seniors is built around fear. Fear of injury. Fear of effort. Fear that you can’t do it. You’re a golfer who plays multiple rounds a week. You walk four miles a round. You are not fragile. You need a real program — not a gentle stretching routine.
And a real program starts with an honest look at what’s actually happening in your body — because these four things show up in almost every golfer over 50, and none of them are age. They’re movement deficits. And movement deficits are fixable.
01
Early extension — because your lead hip can’t internally rotate. Not because you don’t know better.
02
Over the top — because your thoracic spine can’t rotate. Your arms are compensating for a mobility deficit.
03
Back pain after 18 — because your lumbar spine is doing the work your hips and T-spine should be doing. Round after round.
04
Lost distance — because you can’t create hip-shoulder separation. Power lives in that gap.
“You are not a liability to be managed. You are an athlete to be trained.”
— Matt Centofonti · Kinetix Golf Performance
Fix the body first. The swing change follows.
This is the foundation every session in Kinetix6 is built on.
The program
Four Phases. Six Weeks. One System.
Built in sequence because sequence is everything. You can’t build power on a foundation that isn’t ready for it.
Weeks 1–2
Unlock
Earn the range of motion your swing demands. Most programs skip this entirely.
- Hip mobility
- Thoracic spine rotation
- Hip hinge pattern
- Hip dissociation
- Spinal segmentation
Weeks 3-4
Control
Own the range you just earned. Mobility without stability is a liability.
- Single-leg stability
- Anti-rotation core work
- Hip-to-core connection
- Lead side adductor strength
- Progressive loading
weeks 4-5
Load
Build strength in the positions that matter for golf. Golf-specific, not generic gym work.
- Single-leg RDL
- Split stance strength
- Rotational loading
- Hip hinge under load
- Posterior chain development
Weeks 5-6
TRANSFER
Convert everything into rotational power. This is why you did the first four weeks.
- Explosive rotational work
- Hip separation speed drills
- Power transfer patterns
- Swing integration
- On-course performance
Who this is for
Built For The Golfer
Over 50 Who —
✓ Is still playing regularly and wants to keep playing for the next 10 to 20 years without their body being the reason they slow down.
✓ Is tired of being handed a stretching routine when what they actually need is a real performance program that respects where they are.
✓ Has back, hip, or shoulder limitations they know are movement problems — not age problems.
✓ Wants to add distance, reduce post-round soreness, and play 18 holes feeling like they could play 18 more.
✓ Can commit 30–45 minutes a day, five days a week, for six weeks. That’s all this takes.
This is NOT for you if —
You’re looking for a quick fix or a one-week program that promises miracles. You’re not willing to do the mobility and stability work before the power work. The sequence is non-negotiable.
You already have a structured golf performance program you’re following.
“The golfers who play their best golf in their 50s and beyond didn’t get lucky. They trained their body like it mattered.”

Built By Someone Who Lives This.
I’m Coach Matt — Golf performance coach based in Spicewood, TX. I built the Senior Edition because the 50+ golfer is underserved and underestimated in the golf fitness space.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment do I need?
Resistance bands (light and medium), a pair of light dumbbells (start at 5–10 lb), a foam roller, a golf club, and a sturdy structure (i.e. chair) nearby for support in the early weeks. Everything can be done at home.
How long are the daily sessions?
Monday and Wednesday mobility sessions run 30–35 minutes. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday primary training days run 40–45 minutes. Nothing exceeds 50 minutes.
I have a replaced hip or knee. Can I still do this?
Potentially yes — but reach out to Matt directly before signing up. Describe your history and he’ll tell you honestly whether Champions Kinetix6 is the right fit or whether modifications are needed. The program was built with joint health in mind, but individual histories matter.
Can I still play golf during the 6 weeks?
Not only can you — you should. The program is built around your golf schedule. Weekends are off days. You’ll start feeling the difference in your swing within 2–3 weeks.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
You’ll have the option to continue with a monthly performance membership at your founding member rate — the lowest we will ever offer.
