TL;DR — Champions Kinetix6
  • Six weeks across three phases: Foundation → Build → Power Transfer
  • Standing-first — minimal floor work, maximum real-world golf applicability
  • 10-day progressions instead of weekly jumps — built for 50+ recovery timelines
  • Balance support available throughout — never required, always there
  • Swing integration protocol in the final phase — connect training to your actual swing

How Champions Kinetix6 builds across 6 weeks

Weeks 1–2
Foundation

Introduce the standing pattern library. Establish baseline load and balance. Mobility work on every Move day.

Weeks 3–4
Build

Increase load and complexity. Add single-leg progressions with support. Introduce light rotational power work.

Weeks 5–6
Power Transfer

Speed stick and cable rotation work in the swing plane. Direct connection between training and the golf course.

The 10-day progression model

Standard fitness programs progress weekly — new exercises or higher loads every Monday. The Champions program uses a 10-day model that accounts for the longer recovery timeline of the 50+ body. The first 10 days introduce a movement pattern; the second 10 days add load; the final 10 days build speed and transfer.

This isn’t a reduced version of Kinetix6. It’s a smarter version for a different recovery timeline.

Common questions

Dumbbells or kettlebells in 2–3 weight ranges, a resistance band, and something stable to hold for balance support (chair, countertop, or wall). No barbell, no bench, no gym membership required. All sessions work at home or in a basic gym.
Always consult your surgeon or physical therapist before starting any exercise program after surgery. The Champions program is designed with modification in mind — every exercise has alternatives, and direct coach access means you can get modifications for any specific limitation. Many Champions participants train with prior surgical history.
Same swing fault targets. Same TPI physical framework. Different structure: standing-first exercises, balance support built in, 10-day progressions instead of weekly, and less floor-based work. It’s not a reduced program — it’s a thoughtfully adapted version for the 60+ training reality.
