We Set You Up in Trainerize

We’ll manually enter your information into the challenge and set up your program in the Trainerize app within 24 hours. You’ll receive a separate invitation email from Trainerize — this is your access to the program. Watch for it.

Pre-Screening Email

You’ll receive a short pre-screening form before the program starts. This takes about 5 minutes and gives us your movement baseline — what you’re working with and what we need to know about you before Day 1. Complete it when it arrives.

Day 1 — MAY 4TH The Challenge Begins

Open the app on May 4th and your first session is waiting. Heavy day. Kettlebells. Everything is mapped out. All you have to do is show up.


Show up all five days. Don’t skip the mobility days — Days 2 and 4 are not optional. They’re the reason the lifting days work.

By Day 3, pay attention to how your hips feel in your setup. By Day 5, take a few swings after the session and notice what’s different. That’s the whole point.
