Description
Golf fitness that respects where you are
The standard fitness industry approach to “senior golf fitness” is usually just a slower version of the same program — with a few balance exercises added. That’s not what this is.
Champions Kinetix2 was designed from scratch with the physiological realities of the 50+ golfer in mind. Reduced ground reaction tolerance. Longer recovery windows. Greater variance in joint health and mobility. The program accounts for all of it.
What makes Champions different
Standing-first design
Every session is built to be performed standing. Floor work is minimal and always optional. This isn’t a compromise — it’s intentional programming that respects how the 50+ body performs best.
Balance support available
Every exercise has a balance-supported modification. Use a chair, wall, or club for support whenever you need it. Progress at your own pace.
10-day progression windows
Where standard programs progress weekly, Champions programs allow 10-day adaptation windows. Your body has time to integrate each stimulus before the demand increases.
Sustainable intensity
Training hard enough to produce adaptation. Not so hard that recovery becomes the problem.
The weekly rhythm
Monday — Build | Strength work adapted for 50+ mechanics and recovery.
Tuesday — Move | Hip mobility and thoracic rotation. Essential for maintaining swing arc.
Wednesday — Control | Balance, stability, and proprioception — critical for 50+ performance.
Thursday — Move | Second mobility session. Reinforcing Tuesday’s work.
Friday — Power | Rotational speed and power transfer. Age-appropriate club head velocity training.
How it’s delivered
Your program is loaded into Trainerize before day one. Every session has exercise demonstration videos, coaching notes, and modification options. Message Coach Matt or Coach Justin directly inside the app.
Who this is for
– Golfers 50+ who want a structured training program built for their body
– Players dealing with stiffness, reduced range of motion, or recovery limitations
– Anyone who’s tried standard golf fitness programs and found them too demanding or poorly adapted
The natural next step
After completing Champions Kinetix2, most athletes continue into Champions Kinetix6 — the full 6-week program with three progressive phases and swing integration in the final two weeks.
