THE PHILOSOPHY: SUPPORTED → ASSISTED → INDEPENDENT

Every standing movement in Champions Kinetix6 follows a three-stage progression. In weeks 1–2 a wall, chair back, or golf club is nearby for every balance and single-leg movement — not because you need it forever, but because earning independence from it is part of the training. By week four most movements are unsupported. By week six you will have earned that.

This is not a modification. It is a method.

HOW IT’S BUILT

Champions Kinetix6 runs five days a week for six weeks. Every session is standing-first — no program-wide seated modifications, no “gentle” versions that pull their punches.

Monday

Unlock & Activate. Mobility and movement prep. Extended warm-up, hip and thoracic work, balance primer.

Tuesday

Stability & Control. Primary training day 1. Dead bug progressions, glute work, single-leg stability, anti-rotation.

Wednesday

Mobility Flow. Active recovery. 25–30 minutes of standing, deliberate movement that keeps you playing pain-free.

Thursday

Load & Strength. Primary training day 2. Goblet squats, single-leg RDL, split stance rows, lateral work.

Friday

Transfer & Power. Primary training day 3. Rotational band work, chops and lifts, balance under rotation, swing integration.

The program progresses across three phases — Unlock (weeks 1–2), Control + Load (weeks 3–4), and Transfer (weeks 5–6). Load, exercise variation, and support requirements all change as you earn each progression.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM THE STANDARD PROGRAM

WHO THIS IS FOR

This program is for the golfer over 50 who is still competitive, still playing regularly, and frustrated that their body is becoming the limiting factor in their game. If your back is tight after every round, your distance has dropped over the last few years, or your instructor keeps telling you things your body simply won’t let you do — this was built for you. WHAT THE PROGRAM EXPECTS FROM YOU

Five days a week. 30–45 minutes per session. Six weeks.

You do not need a gym. Resistance bands, a pair of dumbbells, a foam roller, a golf club, and access to a wall and a sturdy chair. That is the entire equipment list.

By week four you should feel better after a round — not worse. If post-round soreness is still high at week four, message your coach. That is information, not failure.
