Description
The Kinetix training system — in two weeks
The Kinetix6 Challenge is built on a weekly rhythm that has five distinct session types, each targeting a different physical quality required for elite golf performance. The Kinetix2 gives you the full experience of that rhythm in a 2-week window.
This isn’t a watered-down version. It’s the same programming philosophy, the same coaching credentials, and the same Trainerize delivery — compressed into a format that fits your schedule.
The weekly rhythm
Monday — Heavy
Compound strength work. Glute loading, hip hinge patterns, single-leg stability. Building the power base.
Tuesday — Move
Hip flexor mobility, thoracic rotation, posterior chain lengthening. The mobility your swing needs.
Wednesday — Control
Stability and proprioception. Teaching the body to transfer power without compensation.
Thursday — Move
A second mobility session reinforcing Tuesday’s work and preparing the body for Friday.
Friday — Speed
Rotational speed and power transfer. Golf-specific movement patterns that translate directly to club head speed.
What the research says
TPI data from over 40,000 golfers shows a direct correlation between physical limitations and the 12 most common swing faults. The Kinetix system addresses the physical side of that equation systematically — not randomly.
How it’s delivered
Every session is loaded into Trainerize before you start. Exercise videos, sets, reps, tempo cues, and coach notes are built into each workout. Message Coach Matt or Coach Justin directly inside the app.
You’ll receive your Trainerize invite via email within minutes of purchase.
Who this is for
– Golfers ready to try a structured 5-day program before committing to 6 weeks
– Players who’ve completed the 5-Day Kettlebell Challenge and want to level up
– Anyone who wants to see how their body responds to the Kinetix rhythm before going all in
The natural next step
Athletes who complete the Kinetix2 typically see meaningful physical improvements within the two weeks. Most continue directly into the Kinetix6 6-Week Challenge where 3-phase progressive loading and swing integration take those improvements further.
